REFUND POLICY

- Host4Future offers a 30 day money back guarantee for all shared, reseller and VPS (virtual private server) accounts. Please contact our Customer Care Department within 30 days of purchase date to ask for a refund.
- If you received a FREE domain name with your web hosting account, the refund amount will be calculated according to the following schema:
Refund = Paid Amount - $15 (for domain name registration)
- Dedicated servers DO NOT have a money back guarantee. Once you ordered a dedicated server, you are NOT eligible to any refunds.
- If your website exceed bandwidth limitations imposed by your hosting package, you can either ask for an upgrade, or, if you wish to leave our services, but you paid in advance, you can ask for a refund. The refund will be offered for the remaining months only!
Ex.: If you pay in advance for one year, but you decide to move your website after four and a half months, you can ask for the equivalent of seven (12-5) months of hosting.
- If for any reason you wish to leave Host4Future's services, you are free to go. Payments made in advance will NOT be refunded. If exception cases arise, they will be discussed on a per client basis. Host4Future is the only arbitrator of these cases and only Host4Future can decide to refund a part or the whole amount of the contract.
- You can ask for a refund ONLY if you paid online, if you paid using an alternative payment method, you can not receive refunds.
- If your account was suspended for violating any of Host4Future's Terms of Service, you will NOT receive a refund.
- All other cases not covered by this document are in favor of Host4Future. If a refund policy was not specified for your concrete case, the main policy is NO REFUNDS.
